This research is entitled "Socio-cultural Value in General Kambing Novel by Khrisna Pabichara Perspective of Sociology of Literature". The interesting thing about General Kambing's novel is the structure of the novel, and the socio-cultural life contained in the novel. So that this research only focuses on the structure of the novel and what socio-cultural values contained in the novel Gen Kambing. The subject of this study was the novel Gen Kambing by Khrisna Pabichara. The object of this research is the whole data that relates to the existing socio-cultural values, so that the whole part of the novel is considered to support the research data. In accordance with the type of research, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods to analyze this novel. In its application, heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods are used. Heuristic reading method is a way of working done by readers by interpreting structurally. While the method of reading hermeneutics is to find meaning. This method is a way of working done by the reader by reading back and forth from beginning to end.

Potensi Nanopartikel Emas (AuNp) sebagai Sensor Kolorimetri untuk Deteksi Asam Sialat

Gold nanoparticles (AuNp) have LSPR absorption at visible wavelengths, which can be used for colorimetric sensors. The sialic acid colorimetric sensor using AuNp is an analysis based on the color change when there is an interaction between AuNp and the sialic acid analyte. The research method was carried out by synthesizing AuNp and then characterizing it using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The synthesis results were then used to detect sialic acid in serum samples. The success of AuNp synthesis was marked by the formation of a red AuNp colloid with a maximum wavelength of 518 nm. AuNp has potential as a colorimetric sensor for sialic acid and is characterized by a color change in the AuNp solution from red to purple. Apart from that, the spectrophotometry results show that there is a new peak at a wavelength of 655 nm. Next, AuNp was used for the detection of sialic acid in serum samples. The results of the analysis of sialic acid in serum samples showed that the recovery value was 105.6%.

One of the learning objectives of science, especially in the last few curricula, is to gain belief in God Almighty based on the existence, beauty, and orderliness of His creation. But why do many scientists, especially natural science scientists, manifest themselves as a group that does not believe in the existence of God? The purpose of this study is to show how much connection there is between science and religion, especially to reveal how much real evidence shows the existence of God as the creator of the universe. The analytical tool used in this research is the falsification technique initiated by several philosophers, especially Karl Popper. The results of this research show strong evidence of the existence of God as the creator of the universe, which is doubted by many world scientists. The results of this research make it possible to open the barrier between science and religion, especially Islam.

Trademark registration is an effort to protect intellectual property rights (HAKI) which is regulated, approved, and managed by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (DJKI Kemenkumham RI). Trademark is one of intellectual property, where the problem that often occurs in trademark registration is that the trademark registrar is not the creator of the mark. This study seeks to see the Conflict of Interest behind trademark registration as an ethical issue. The urgency of this research is to determine the ethical basis to policy recommendations that can overcome conflicts of interest that occur between brand registrants and brand creation as a creative process. This research is a literature research with a case study approach of Citayam Fashion Week, to examine the Conflict of Interest between brand creators in the interest of protecting creative works and brand registrants in the interest of utilizing economic value. It is hoped that this Conflict of Interest can provide an overview of ethical issues in trademark registration, so that later it can provide policy recommendations that can help resolve disputes over intellectual property registration, especially trademarks.

This research is based on the problem of inadequate use of media in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) to increase interest in reading, resulting in a lack of enthusiasm and motivation for young children in carrying out reading activities. This research aims to describe how teachers make efforts to increase children's interest in reading using interesting and interactive media. Picture letter card media was chosen as an alternative to support children in carrying out reading activities. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). There are three stages that must be carried out, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The trial was carried out by 9 young children. After the trial was carried out, there was an increase in interest in reading, so that with the media of picture letter cards it could support and facilitate children in carrying out reading activities

Guru berperan penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Banyak guru gagal merumuskan konstruk berpikir kritis, beranggapan bahwa pemahaman pengembangan penilaian berpikir kritis sulit dilakukan, seperti apa yang akan diukur. Tujuan Penelitian ini mengukur muatan berpikir Kritis Meta-Theoretical Aristoteles dalam Pembelajaran Asam-Basa di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyusun artikel ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research). Aristoteles menghargai pentingnya pengamatan dan pengalaman dalam pembelajaran. Dalam konteks pembelajaran, pemikiran kritis harus didasarkan pada pengamatan yang teliti dan analisis yang cermat terhadap pengalaman nyata. Basically, the scientific sources of the Koran and al-hadith are the reference sources for all scientific fields. Science is not divided into religious knowledge and general science. This is the basis for researchers to raise the concept of integration of science in prof. suprayogo priest. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the literature study method. The literature used is literature that is relevant to the discussion and research objectives, such as books, journal articles, proceedings and research reports. The result of this library research is that prof. Imam Suprayogo builds knowledge based on the integration of Islamic sciences and science which is a refinement or unification of sciences that have been considered separate. This thought is known as Tarbiyah Ulul Albab. The concept of integration of knowledge is taken in the metaphor of the tree of knowledge, namely a tree that is sturdy, has shady branches, has lush leaves, and bears heavy fruit because it is supported by strong roots.

This study focuses on the death ceremony in Torajan culture known as Rambu Solo'. Death is an important issue throughout the history of human life, which is lived with all forms of meaning through rites in each indigenous community. Death as the limit of human existence in the world creates ambivalence in meaning. Cultural deposits present meaningful rites in human death ceremonies, including the Rambu Solo' ceremony. Martin Heidegger in his concept of Sein-Sum-Tode, Being-Towards-Death becomes an interesting foundation to see the authenticity of the Toraja people through the Rambu Solo' death ceremony. The methodology used in this writing is a qualitative method, where data is collected by reading literature related to the subject matter. The data collected will be analyzed using the concept of death according to Heidegger. The approach used is phenomenology. The author arrives at the finding that Rambu Solo' is an awareness and at the same time a form of anticipation of death. Rambu solo' becomes an authentic container of Toraja people, because the ceremony is an awareness of death, or Toraja people are aware that they are heading towards death. However, it becomes inauthentic when Toraja people are immersed in consumerism, social prestige, and forget about their mortality.

21st-century skills have become standard in graduate profiles designed by the government, including for prospective Medical Laboratory Technologists (ATLM). One of the skills that the government focuses on is developing literacy skills. Therefore, this research aims to develop RADEC-based teaching materials that can facilitate the development of literacy skills for prospective ATLM students. The research method used is Development & Validation whose steps consist of 1) literature review; 2) construction; and 3) Improvement. The development was carried out by involving 20 students from the Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program. The instruments used in the data collection process were expert validation sheets and readability test sheets. The research results show that teaching materials have very good validity (>80% suitability) in facilitating the development of scientific literacy skills. Therefore, the teaching materials developed can be implemented in lectures.

This study aims to investigate and evaluate the strategies adopted by SMP Islam Insan Kamil Wonoayu in response to the Merdeka Curriculum, focusing on identifying initiative, assessing their effectiveness, and understanding potential challenges. Qualitative research methods, including semi structured interviews and observations were employed to gather data. The study analyzed the headmaster’s perspective, initiative used, and challenge faced by the school in implementing Merdeka Curriculum. SMP Islam Insan Kamil Wonoayu employs strategies such as curriculum customization, educational technology integration, teacher training, and student involvement to effectively adapt to the Merdeka Curriculum. These strategies align with the curriculum’s objectives and improve educational quality. Enhancing curriculum customization, fostering student empowerment, and implementing metrics for the Merdeka Curriculum are recommended for further improving education quality in SMP Islam Insan Kamil Wonoayu.

This study purpose to analyze the politeness strategies used by English Study Program. The student is seven semester in study process. In completing this research, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method and the theory of Brown and Levinson. From this study, the researcher found four kinds of politeness strategies used by the English Study Program; those are bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness and Off-record. Thefactors influences the politeness strategy used by the main are the payoffs and social variables. Furthermore, sociological variables also affect the use of politeness strategies used by students, which are social distance, relative power and rank of imposition. The suggestion to the next researcher is able to investigate more about politeness in a broader context and combine it with other social aspects such as religion, ideology, or even culture.

This research aims to determine the objective level of the education program implementation study at PT Asia Sawit Makmur Jaya in Jake Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singing Regency. Implementation assessment indicators used include communication, resources, and problem characteristics. This type of research, which is located at PT Asia Sawit Makmur Jaya in Jake Village, is a descriptive survey, namely with a qualitative analysis approach where the research results are mainly obtained from observations, interviews with key informants and informants, namely describing the actual situation of what is in the during research by collecting, classifying and analyzing it so that an analytical formulation of the problems faced is obtained. There are 5 sample components in this research: one key informant and four informants, in this case, the sub-district head, village head, youth leader, and community recipients of scholarships. The sample size for these five sample components is one key informant and six informants. Research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to research the conditions of natural objects (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument, sampling of data sources is carried out by purposive sampling (according to needs), and snowball sampling (developing following the information or data required), data collection techniques using triangulation (combination), data analysis is inductive/qualitative and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Qualitative research is an activity carried out consciously, directed to obtain the required information through informants. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the study of the education program implementation at PT Asia Sawit Makmur Jaya in Jake Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singing Regency, was quite good. Recommendations that need to be considered, especially companies and village officials, must increase socialization to the community about corporate social responsibility, and companies must be able to balance the Corporate Social Responsibility Program (TJSP) in every field they carry out.

Knowledge Construction Process in English Language Learning: Vygotsky's Social Constructivism Educational Psychology Perspective

The aim of this research describe the process of constructing students' knowledge from social and physical interactions and daily experiences in learning English with a Vygotsky perspective in high school. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, with a descriptive type. This research is library research or literature study so it uses library data and interviews as data sources. Data was collected from books, articles, and journals that discussed the topics studied. In connection with the findings, the results show that the process of knowledge construction in English language learning in high schools from the perspective of Vygotsky's Social Constructivism educational psychology is through the Project-based Learning learning model. The Project Based Learning learning model pays more attention to students and other students in groups exchanging ideas to find ideas or express their new understanding of events that are learning material so that they will succeed in building a good understanding that suits their cognitive needs. English learning becomes more meaningful with the use of the Project Based Learning model starting from recognizing problems, creating project planning designs, compiling project implementation schedules, project implementation and monitoring, testing project results, as well as evaluation and reflection in the stages where there is no teacher domination where the teacher only as a facilitator in learning.

Designing E-Catalogue as Promotional Media on Instagram Using Adobe Express Application at Khaw Box Malang

E-catalogue or called an online catalog is a feature used to facilitate visitors in finding collection catalogs that can be accessed in general, especially Instagram. e-catalogue is important for khawbox shops to help encourage customers and attract customers. Previously, the khawbox shop only had an offline catalog, and lacked details for some information so that it did not attract the attention of potential customers. The purpose of this research is to create a promotional media e-catalogue design on Instagram using the Adobe Express application at Khaw Box Malang. This research uses the Action Research method which includes several research procedures, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection methods utilized observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. There were 20 respondents consisting of 1 business owner, 2 marketing experts, 2 computer experts, and 15 potential customers. This research uses the EPIC method to measure design effectiveness (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication). The results of this study went through 2 cycles and showed an EPIC Rate value of 4.2. This indicates that respondents agree that this e-catalogue is very effective as an advertising media for khawbox shop. This research concludes that e-catalogue can be said to be very effective and feasible to use in helping to develop the Khawbox shop business and become an alternative.

Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian sosiopragmatik karena berusaha meneliti bahasa yang digunakan oleh seseorang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa ujaran atau tuturan capres Anis Baswedan dalam acara Bicara Gagasan Mata Najwa. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari Chanel Youtub Najwa Shihab. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan cara mengunduh link youtube, mentranskip, dan pengkodean. Analisis data yang digunakan peneliti pada penelitian ini dengan cara klasifikasi data, analisis data, dan menyimpulkan data hasil analisis. Hasil penelitian ini berupa tindak tutur ilokusi berupa asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif dan deklaratif.

Indonesia was faced challenges with the task of educating students in understanding, analyzing, and overcoming environmental problems. Through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) approach, it is hoped that students will not only understand theoretical concepts but also be able to apply their knowledge in real projects that require critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. So, this research was relevant to responding to educational needs in the modern era which demands 21st century skills in students, including a deep understanding of environmental issues. This research aims to determine the response and feasibility of the PBjL learning module on environmental pollution material at Junior High School of Kertanegara Malang. This research uses a research and development design which involves several stages, such as planning, development, testing and evaluation. The research subjects used were Junior High School students of Kertanegara Malang who were involved in testing learning modules. The research results show that the validity of the PjBL-based learning module obtained from the results of media expert validators and material expert validators is classified as very strong or very valid. Meanwhile, the practicality of the PjBL-based learning module from the results of student responses is classified as very good or very practical. This module can be used as an alternative learning approach to increase student awareness and participation in overcoming environmental problems.

Education is a process for developing all aspects of human personality which includes knowledge, values and attitudes, as well as skills. One of the main factors in supporting students' commitment to learning is interpersonal communication between teachers and students that exists in harmony. Meanwhile, another aspect supporting increasing student learning achievement is the learning facilities at school. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning facilities and teacher interpersonal communication on student learning achievement at SMKN 2 Blitar. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression tests. The population in this study amounted to 468 students with a focus on class XI students. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 117 respondents. The technique used to analyze the data is using the multiple linear regression test. he results of the research show that teacher interpersonal communication and learning facilities have no effect on learning achievement. This can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows a value of 46.1% while the remaining 53.9% is influenced by other variables not proposed in this research.

This research aim is to analyze the Habitual Procrastination Activity Towards a Learning Process of EFL Students. The type of this research was descriptive qualitative research that involved 10 students and employed purposive sampling. The data of this research were collected by using interviews and questionnaires. The interview presented the reason students procrastinate in learning and the questionnaire confirmed the factor and most dominant factor. The result from interview data shows that low health condition makes students delay the learning process and follow the bad habit of friends in collecting paper assignment. The other reasons are confused with the material given, unclear direction assignments, and too many assignments. Then makes students feel saturated and bored. so that laziness comes to learning and makes the students delay learning until a predetermined day. From the result of questionnaires. The factor consisted of belief in ability, could not manage time well, laziness, lack of self-initiative, social factors, and attention distraction. Belief in the ability factor is the most dominant factor that causes students to behave in procrastinate. That is because many of the students do the task on the deadline or later until the limit gathered the assignment has arrived.

By showing the superiority of the fruit from the shape, color, taste of the fruit meat and implementing marketing strategies, it is hoped that it can increase its business and the product will continue to exist in the market. This study is to determine the role of product quality and marketing strategies in improving the community's economy in Wonosalam Village, Jombang Regency. This research is a qualitative study by interviewing several local durian farmers in Wonosalam Village as many as 5 people, with sampling techniques using random sampling method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative of primary and secondary data. The results of the study show that the quality of products and marketing strategies in improving the community's economy have been considered good, by meeting directly with buyers. The products marketed have superior quality because they are in great demand by buyers. Pricing is also adjusted to the quality of the product from the size and taste. The business place used is strategic, easily accessible to consumers, product distribution is still fairly simple, namely through feller and middlemen. This research aims to produce think-pair-share type cooperative learning tools with a problem posing approach in Pancasila courses and describe the effectiveness of think-pair-share type cooperative learning with a problem posing approach in Pancasila Education courses. This research was carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage which aimed to develop tools following the modified 4-D design model of Thiagarajan (1974) followed by the implementation stage of classroom learning. This research uses two classes, where both classes have the same abilities and characters. The first class is used as a device trial class and the second class is used to analyze student learning outcomes and see the effectiveness of student learning using the devices that have been developed. So this research is classified as quantitative descriptive research. Data from research on student activity trial classes meet the criteria for effectiveness. The student response questionnaire showed a positive response, the lecturer's ability to manage learning was classified as good, the validity of the question items were categorized as valid, reliable and sensitive and classical learning completeness was met, more than 75% of students completed the study. So the device can be used in descriptive classes. Student activities during learning activities in the descriptive experimental class are classified as effective, the lecturer's ability to manage learning is good, the results of the student response questionnaire show that there are more positive responses than negative responses, student learning completeness is fulfilled, namely 83.3% of students have completed their learning. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the tools developed are in the good category and cooperative learning of the thik-pair-share type with a problem posing approach is effective for the Pancasila Education subject of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program and classical learning completeness has been fulfilled.

The purpose of writing this articles to know explain the results of the action of implementing the 3 on 3 volleyball game in improving volleyball under pass ability. This is aplying because the ability of bottom passing when done outside the game and bottom passing when done in the game is sometimes different due to several factors. the bottom's ability to string together an attack and increase defense. This research uses Classroom Action Research. The results of the pre-cycle pass on target by the sample averaged 58. After action was taken in cycle 1, the percentage of passes on target increased to 66, the action continued in the 2nd cycle, the results of the 2nd cycle of action, the average pass on target increased. with the average being 84%. The cycle was stopped in the second cycle because the improvement obtained on average of 84% was considered quite significant. If calculated from the pre-cycle with an average pass on target of 58% with the results of cycle 2 with an average pass on target of 84%, an increase of 26% has been obtained.
