Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) Dipadu Jigsaw terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMPK St.Gerardus Mayella Kelas VIIIA IPS Terpadu
This study aims (1) Knowing the student learning outcomes before the application of the PBL combined jigsaw learning model in class VIII students of SMPK St. Gerardus Mayella kalembu werri., (2) Knowing the student learning outcomes after the application of the PBL learning model combined with jigsaw in class VIIIA students of SMPK St. Gerardus Mayella kalembu werri., (3) Knowing the effect of PBL and jigsaw learning models on student learning outcomes of class VIIIA SMPK St. Gerardus Mayella kalembu werri. This research is a quasi-experimental research with the research design used is the Nonequivalent control group design. The population of students of class VIIIA SMPK St. Gerardus Mayella kalembu leafhopper. The research sample for class VIIIA was taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using tests and observations. Analysis of student learning outcomes data before and after the treatment of the application of the learning model using the paired sample t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that (1) student learning outcomes before using the learning model resulted in a class mean (Mean) of 53.00; the highest value is (Max) 80, and the lowest value (Min) is 25, the average value does not meet the standards (2) student learning outcomes after the application of the PBL learning model combined with Jigsaw produces a class average (Mean) of 75.6; The highest value (Max) is 90, and the lowest value (Min) is 65.The average value of 75.6 falls into the category of meeting the KKM standards, (3) the Problem Based Learning model combined with Jigsaw significantly improves learning outcomes which are shown in paired sample test results. t test sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05.
