Pengembangan Media Stop Motion pada Materi Alat Pembayaran Tunai (Uang) Siswa IPS Kelas X SMAN 01 Banyuke Hulu
The problems found in students are a lack of understanding of the material properly and the lack of use of learning media in the learning process. This study aims to produce valid, practical and effective learning media to support student learning. The media is said to be valid if it meets the validity criteria of learning devices, the media is said to be practical if it meets the criteria for assessing student responses, and is said to be effective if it meets the standard criteria of learning completeness. The media developed in this research is stop motion video media on the material of Cash Payment Instruments. The method used in this research is the ADDIE method with a development stage by analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and ending with an assessment. This assessment was carried out on students of SMAN 1 Banyuke Hulu involving 30 students to be researched. The results showed that the quality of the media was valid, where media development got a percentage value of 75% for media experts and 75% for material experts according to the criteria which was quite valid, namely 70.00% <V≤85.00%. Then for the practicality of the media through the response of students, the percentage value was 82.4% with very good criteria 80% <RS≤100%. Likewise for the effectiveness of the media with the results of the students' learning completeness obtained by means of the post-test getting an average value of 76.7 with the criteria above the completeness value of learning, namely 76.7 65. Based on the results of the analysis of the research conducted, it can be stated that the media Stop motion videos are valid and feasible for use in economic studies, especially on cash payment instruments.
