Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Berbasis Problem Solving untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis

Abstract

This research was a development research that aims to develop problem solving-based math worksheets for class XI SMA Kartika I-2 Medan to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills that are suitable for use in the learning process and to determine the quality of problem solving-based worksheets. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE model developed by Dick and Carry (1996). The results showed that the LKS developed (1) met the valid criteria in terms of validity with a score of 87% of the LKS assessment percentage given by experts with the "very valid" criteria, (2) met the practical criteria in terms of practicality, namely student response questionnaires. and the teacher's response with a student response questionnaire score of 3.37 with a good category, and a teacher response questionnaire score of 3.13 with a good category, (3) meeting the effective criteria in terms of effectiveness with the percentage of achievement indicators meeting the TPK, namely, the average percentage of completeness individual 86%, the percentage of classical learning completeness is 90.62%. The impact of the application of this worksheet increases students' mathematical problem solving abilities with an increase of 0.75 in the high category.
