Abstract

Currently, education is experiencing problems in learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic, that is, online learning. Online learning is closely related to the Digital Literacy possessed by students. This study aims to determine the level of digital literacy through the availability of learning media in biology subjects at SMAN 9 Malang. This research is categorized as survey research. The data was obtained by interview technique. The research subject is a teacher teaching biology in 2021. The data analysis was carried out qualitatively based on the results of interviews with the teacher. Based on the interviews, teachers at schools use learning media such as video, PPT, and e-modules and have implemented digital literacy in learning but have not been implemented optimally. The number of sources used in education is highly recommended, but there is a need to consider and evaluate digital-based materials and sources. This evaluation is helpful so that students can understand the material and the planting of character education even though it is virtual. Based on these results, it can be concluded that students already have the ability of digital devices so that it is easy to understand the material through digital learning media.
