Abstract

Minimum Competency Assessment is an assessment system that tests the basic competencies that students actually have, especially those related to reading, numeracy and character building skills. Literacy and numeracy abilities, which are one of the indicators in this AKM, are intended to measure the extent to which participants use concepts in thinking about using procedures and facts in solving mathematical problems related to everyday life problems. The research subjects were students of SMP PGRI JABUNG who had high mathematical abilities. By using the results of the AKM questions that students have worked on according to the AKM learning level, namely at level 4, there are 25 questions. The type of research in this study used qualitative research with descriptive research methods that described students' numeracy abilities in solving AKM types of questions. Students with high mathematical abilities also showed high scores for AKM. Even though at the interview stage, some difficulties and errors were seen by the students.
