Hubungan Kekuatan Otot Hamstring dan Keseimbangan Tubuh dengan Kemampuan Servis dalam Permainan Sepak Takraw pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Bintang Timur Ruteng Tahun Pelajaran 2021/ 2022

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between hamstring muscle strength and body balance on service in the game of takraw in class XI SMA Bintang Timur Ruteng. This research is a type of correlational research. The X variable in this study is hamstring muscle strength (X1), balance (X2), the Y variable is service ability (Y). The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Bintang Timur Ruteng with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of calculating the correlation coefficient between the relationship between hamstring muscle strength and service ability in the game of takraw in class X1 SMA Bintang Timur Ruteng, is R = 1, 170. Then to test the significance level of the correlation where F-count > Ftable or 68.65> 1.684, so there is a significant relationship between the relationship between body balance and service ability in class XI SMA Bintang Timur Ruteng.
