Abstract

This research was created to explain changes in the education system caused by the Covid-19 virus outbreak which has resulted in a lack of motivation to learn and interest in studying physical education among female students, so that many still do not understand the purpose and importance of physical education, to achieve competency standards. difficult because physical education is education that uses physical activity to bring about comprehensive changes in the physical, mental and emotional qualities of individuals. So when learning is carried out online continuously it makes students feel bored and bored, making them take part in educational learning just to get grades and just as an educational formality.

The research results show that making changes to the education system in physical education lessons by using learning and playing methods can make it easier for students to master the material presented so that learning can be carried out optimally.
