Analisis Kebutuhan Pembinaan Karya Tulis Ilmiah Terintegrasi Kearifan Lokal Berbasis Online di Era Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Extracurricular youth scientific work (YSW) as a forum for developing 4C skills (creative, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication) for students. The conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic require activities to be carried out online. However, the needs of teachers and students can be different in terms of YSW coaching, so the purpose of this study is to describe the need for scientific work coaching at MTs level in Malang Regency and to describe the obstacles/constraints for YSW development during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature. Samples were obtained from 99 respondents (33 teachers and 66 students). Data were collected from filling out a google form questionnaire and interview, then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research are for teachers, 51.5% really need communication development, 42.4% really need local wisdom materials, 78.8% really need coaching, 51.5% need online, 51.5% need application use and 57.6% really need modules. Then, for students, 41.2% really need communication development, 47.1% need local wisdom materials, 44.1% really need the use of applications, 48.5% need the formation of KIR groups and 44.1% really need modules. These results indicate the alignment of the needs of teachers and students in developing communication, local wisdom materials, and module needs.
