Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Tipe Team Games Turnamen (TGT) Berbantuan Permainan QUACI Sebagai Media Pembelajaran pada Materi “Pasar” Terhadap Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type of cooperative learning model assisted by the QUACI (Quartet Card Innovation) as a learning medium on market material on the learning outcomes of Grade VIII students of Middle School, Kertanegara Malang. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research method. Research with experimental methods is intended to investigate the possibility of a causal relationship (Cause and Effect Relationship) by exposing one or more experimental groups and the results are compared with one or more control groups that are not subject to treatment. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, paired t test. The results showed the data of social studies subject matter of market material in the pretest and posttest experimental class conducted on eighth grade students of Middle School Kertanegara, Malang showed there were differences in grades. In the control class it is known that students understand after knowing the questionnaire given, the average pretest value of 65.20% while the posttest value of 70.03%, this shows an increase of 4.83%. In the experimental class there are also differences in the results of the pretest and posttest. The average pretest value of 77.00% while the posttest value of 82.03%, this shows an increase of 5.03%. From the results of the control class and the experimental class there was an increase of 0.2%, this was due to students' interest in the TGT type cooperative learning model assisted by the QUACI game. The results of the study on the results of the independent sample t test of the control class and experimental class were 8,103 with a significant level of 0,000, which is <0.05, with an average value of the control class of 70.03 and the experimental class of 87.27, this shows that there are differences in the application of the cooperative learning model type TGT (Team Games Tournament) aided by QUACI games (Quartet Card Innovation) as learning media on "market" material.
