Students have difficulty distinguishing concepts between Indonesian language learning research, Indonesian Literature learning research, Indonesian language research, and Indonesian Literature research. Another thing is the problem of developing learning resources (textbooks) submitted to each PT. Of course, the textbooks produced are not the same, even among lecturers who are teaching courses. From these implications, the researchers adopted this research. This study has the following objectives: (1) Developing textbooks for Indonesian Language and Literature Learning Research courses to improve the competence of PBSI students; (2) Describe the feasibility level of textbooks for Indonesian Language and Literature Learning Research subjects; (3) Describe the effectiveness of the results of the development of textbooks for Indonesian Language and Literature Learning Research subjects. Research and development (R&D) methods are used to produce a product in the form of textbooks for Indonesian Language and Literature Learning Research subjects. The results show that the difference with other textbook products lies in the detail in differentiating and combining two different things into one systematic and continuous unit. In addition, textbooks written introduce the SHSB (One Day One Chapter) target, have an interesting concept map, synergize, and make it easier for students to know and understand the concepts according to the topic. Conclusion: the research used is a needs analysis, beginning with participant observation, the researcher becomes a part and takes part in the context being observed to find out the potential and problems that occur in the field and collect information as a data source. Next, conduct development research and trials, describe the feasibility level, and describe the effectiveness of the results of textbook development. ER -
