Abstract

 Education is the main key in the process towards a developed country. The literacy skills of elementary school students are the main foundation. The purpose of this service is to find out the reading interest of elementary school students with the Literacy Pipeline. The method used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to students' reading interest. The results of the questionnaire distribution stated that elementary school students preferred reading if the reading was not monotonous/varied and the need for rewards that students received after literacy activities. Pipe literacy is one of the means to increase students' interest in reading
