Abstract

PMBP (Potential-Based Community Service Guidelines) is a form of student service to the community, where students are required to play an active role in carrying out activities that have been prepared to be realized, how to socialize, interact with community life in a certain place or area with apply their knowledge to society. The location of the MTs School Service Program is in the villages of Belung and Pajaran, Poncokusumo, Malang, East Java. From our observations, students in this environment really need coaching and counseling assistance to develop their learning achievements at school. Even though they have different characteristics, they are able to foster good communication with us as facilitators or mentors. The sense of kinship that was felt just made us feel comfortable in providing guidance within the framework of this PMBP activity. The school committee, students and the community in this environment really support this activity. This is seen by the enthusiasm of the parents who want to accompany their children every day, which we spend time doing various activities. Children have an extraordinary passion and motivation to learn things. The main sector or main target in this PMBP activity is the leadership education and training sector. We try to provide assistance in the field of science and knowledge. The form of this assistance is by interpreting the problem into the form of an activity program that aims to help the community according to the problems that arise. The program is training in Basic Leadership Training for Osim Management Candidates.
