Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the sedentary lifestyle after the COVID-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Mojosongo V Surakarta. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research with a survey approach. The population in this study were students of SD Negeri Mojosongo V Surakarta class V with a total of 30 students. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis with SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the sedentary lifestyle of children in SD Negeri Mojosongo V has a high category as evidenced by indicators like using cellphones/gadgets, cellphones are not used to find material/study. , likes to play online games, likes to eat junk food, likes to snack outside the school canteen, the majority of the percentage of answers always gets the highest score. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a basis for all parties to pay more attention to and supervise children related to a sedentary lifestyle.
