KEMAMPUAN MENULIS SURAT PRIBADI MELALUI METODE RESITASI PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP ISLAM PARAMITHA MALANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2020/2021

Abstract

The background of this research is to determine the students' ability in writing  personal letters through the recitation method. Writing is an article history, one of the activities that a person does to produce thoughts or feelings in the form of writing. By writing someone can express ideas or ideas that are written in the form of an essay. The purpose of writing is to provide information either directly or indirectly. The problem raised in this study is to describe the process of writing personal letters through the recitation method of seventh grade students of Paramitha Islamic Junior High School and to describe the results of personal letter writing skills through the seventh grade of Paramitha Islamic Junior High School's student recitation method. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. Quantitative descriptive is a research design that describes variables in the form of numbers or statistics. These numbers will later describe the ability to write personal letters in seventh grade students of SMP Islam Paramitha Malang. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of (1) interview sheets (students and teachers), (2) activity documentation and assessment criteria for students' ability to write personal letters. The results of this study are: seen from table 4.6 it can be seen that the students who scored in the very good category were 6 people with a percentage of 9.09%, the good category was 4 people with a percentage of 9.09%, and the average category was 3 people with a percentage of 81.82 %
