Abstract

Education is a process for developing all aspects of human personality which includes knowledge, values and attitudes, as well as skills. One of the main factors in supporting students' commitment to learning is interpersonal communication between teachers and students that exists in harmony. Meanwhile, another aspect supporting increasing student learning achievement is the learning facilities at school. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning facilities and teacher interpersonal communication on student learning achievement at SMKN 2 Blitar. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression tests. The population in this study amounted to 468 students with a focus on class XI students. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 117 respondents. The technique used to analyze the data is using the multiple linear regression test. he results of the research show that teacher interpersonal communication and learning facilities have no effect on learning achievement. This can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows a value of 46.1% while the remaining 53.9% is influenced by other variables not proposed in this research.
